Phase 1 targets Colorado resort and Mississippi producing site within 18 months of charter membership launch. These are targets, not guarantees. Bryan Egan has 35 years of construction and land experience — he does not set timelines he does not intend to hit. Founding members receive real-time construction updates and are the first to know of any schedule change.
Monthly reserve shipments and all membership benefits begin immediately regardless of construction timeline. The membership agreement is transparent about timelines and what happens if they shift. If you have specific concerns about timeline risk, Bryan Egan will address them directly on your welcome call before any payment is processed.
Founding member status is permanent for the life of the membership. Charter pricing for annual renewal is locked — regardless of what the same membership costs to a later-joining member. Access priority, seniority, and recognition at new chapter openings are permanently attached to charter status. These advantages cannot be purchased by any later member at any price.
Annual membership fees are non-refundable once shipments have begun, as your payment directly funds construction activities that cannot be reversed. Before any payment is processed, Bryan Egan will walk through all terms directly on your welcome call. If a cancellation request is received within 7 days of payment and before the first shipment, a full refund is considered at RCC's discretion. Full terms are in the legal section.
