Born in the mountains.
Built on the range.
Bryan Egan was not raised in a boardroom. He was raised by his grandparents on a 200-head mom-and-calf Black Angus cattle ranch in the mountains of Colorado. Before sunrise, no one was watching — and the work still had to get done. That standard has never changed.
Over the next 35 years, he built multiple companies, earned five degrees including a Master's in Construction Management, and assembled a 28-property land portfolio spanning 11 states. He holds an Ashley National Forest outfitter permit running as a charter and tour company. He has been on both sides of every table RCC will ever sit at. This is not his first build. It is his life's work arriving.
Years of Construction & Land Experience
Accountant, Estimator, Project Manager — across residential, multi-family, and commercial. Every RCC build is reviewed by someone who has been on every side of it.
Degrees · Including M.S. Construction Management
Accounting, Marketing, Culinary Arts, Paralegal Studies, and Construction Management. RCC is led by someone who speaks every language the club will need.
Properties · 11-State Land Portfolio · Branded Land Co.
Land, agricultural, residential, and commercial assets acquired and held under Cowboy, Inc.'s Branded Land Co. entity. RCC is built on a proven acquisition framework.
The Code of the West · Non-Negotiable
Honesty, accountability, follow-through. Every Cowboy, Inc. entity — including RCC — operates by a code that predates corporate governance by centuries.
This is not a
lifestyle subscription.
Charter founding membership is a capital commitment that funds real assets — land, lodges, producing farms — and returns permanent privileges that no later member can purchase at any price.
"Cowboys have an ethical standard unlike that of any other person. That standard is what every dollar of founding membership is held to."
— Bryan Egan, Founder & CEOReal Assets. Real Chapters.
Your membership funds the acquisition and construction of physical resort and farm chapters — not a concept, not a promise. Bryan Egan has been acquiring and building real assets for 35 years.
Appreciation Built In
Charter pricing is the floor, never the ceiling. When Phase 1 opens, the same membership costs more — and founding members hold permanent pricing advantages as every subsequent chapter adds value.
Scarcity by Design
Forty charter positions. Not 400. Not 4,000. The club is sized so that every member is known, every voice is heard, and every chapter opening feels like what it is — an exclusive event.
Immediate Delivery
Four curated reserve lifestyle products ship to your door every month from the moment you join. The club starts delivering before the first door opens. There is no waiting for value to begin.
Founding Member Permanence
Charter status is permanent. The advantages — pricing, access, seniority, recognition — attach to your membership for its life. A later member cannot buy them at any price.
Every dollar is
accounted for.
Founding members fund real development. This is where membership revenue goes.
Colorado resort land acquisition, lodge construction, cabin buildout, and Mississippi yaupon farm acquisition and cultivation infrastructure.
Monthly four-product reserve shipment sourcing, production to RCC standards, packaging, and direct-to-member fulfillment from day one.
Member services, prosperity education content library, construction documentation, chapter communications, and founding-member programming.
A dedicated contingency reserve ensuring Phase 1 timelines are protected regardless of cost variance during construction and acquisition.

The first two chapters
are already being built.
Phase 1 targets Colorado and Mississippi within the first 18 months — a mountain resort HQ and a producing farm. After both are operational, RCC adds one destination and one farm every 18–24 months.
Colorado
Mountain Lodge · Private Cabins · Central Tasting Hub
The flagship chapter — where the Reserve lifestyle is fully expressed. Mountain terrain, members-only lodge, private cabin accommodations, and the tasting hub for every RCC product line. This is where the Code of the West was born.

Yaupon Cultivation · Native Caffeine · Reserve Roasts
The first RCC farm — yaupon holly, America's only native caffeinated plant. Members taste it in their monthly shipment before the site opens. The Mississippi chapter is both a producing chapter and a strategic land asset.

The Reserve
arrives monthly.
While Phase 1 is being built, the Reserve lifestyle arrives at your door every single month. Four curated products — reserve-grade coffees, teas, bitters, craft provisions, and the prestige private-label RCC line — selected to create ritual, obsession, and a deepening connection to the chapters being built in your name.
Higher-tier members receive the prestige private-label RCC reserve mark products — produced to a higher standard and never available to the public at any price.
See Monthly ShipmentsReserve Roasts & Teas
Partner-sourced and RCC-standard reserve coffees and teas — sourced from the producing chapters being built. Mississippi yaupon arrives in every qualifying shipment.
Craft Provisions
Bitters, elixirs, tinctures, and reserve-grade provisions selected for the lifestyle that the Colorado lodge and Mississippi farm are built to sustain.
Private-Label Reserve Mark
The prestige RCC private-label line — produced exclusively for founding members at Reserve Select and Reserve Collective tier. Not available outside membership at any price.
Prosperity Education
Monthly education modules — product craft, off-grid systems, land stewardship, entrepreneurial leadership. The knowledge that builds the reserve life, delivered with the reserve.
Cowboys have an ethical standard
unlike that of any other person.
Honesty
RCC does not sell hype. It sells real assets, real timelines, and real member access — with the financial transparency that a $50–100K commitment demands.
Accountability
Bryan Egan's name is on this. Every decision, every dollar, every timeline. Founding members have direct access to the man responsible — not a customer service department.
Follow-Through
35 years. Multiple companies. 28 properties. 11 states. The track record exists because Bryan Egan has spent his career doing what he said he would do.
Born on the range. Built to last.
This is the only time
this membership exists at this price.
Charter pricing disappears when Phase 1 opens. The advantages of founding membership — pricing, access, permanence — are available now and only now. When they are gone, they are gone.
