If you are issuing a bid list, here is what gets us moving fastest and what you can expect back.

Send whatever you have

  • Drawings and specifications, or a concept set
  • Project location, type and target size
  • Delivery method — CMAR, design-build, hard bid or negotiated
  • Bid due date and any mandatory pre-bid walk
  • Prequalification requirements, including bonding and insurance limits
  • Owner, architect and any owner’s representative on the job

Prequalification documents. Certificate of insurance, W-9, references on comparable completed projects, key personnel resumes and safety documentation are available on request. Bonding capacity, experience modification rate and state-by-state licensing are being assembled and will be provided directly rather than published until verified. See the Developers page.
